* Mode of Refund: Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).

Return Policy

* Eligibility: Product can be returned only if unused, undamaged, and with original packaging.

* Request Period: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. • Return Shipping: In case of wrong/damaged product, we will bear the shipping charges. Otherwise, customer bears the return shipping.

Replacement Policy

* Eligibility: Free replacement will be provided if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

* Request Period: Replacement request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

* Processing Time: Replacement product will be Delivered within 2-3 business days after return pickup.

Shipping Policy

* Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

* Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days within India. Remote locations may take longer.

* Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

* Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details via SMS/email once shipped.

* Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
